Looking for a flat to Buy near Colchester Station

Hi, I need to move out and i'm aiming for Colchester.
Does anyone know of any decent places they can recommend near colchester north station, maybe a new build or something, my budget is £100k.
Today i've been to see a 1-bedroom place in stuart place but it weren't that good, then a place in west-point the new development, good but way out of my budget.
Anyone got any ideas where next to look.
