Core B.S skills are required for this Independent Certifier Role in Colchester. The role involves working closely with the M & E Independent Certifier, checking that the buildings on the £480 million pound project are built to the Employer's Requirements. The candidate will also be part of the wider Technical Due Diligence team offering
technical due diligence and other independent tester services to Banks and other funding institutions such as Sport England. The primary role initially is on the Colchester project with the opportunity to expand into other areas including leading technical due diligence or Independent Certifier teams. The candidate will need to be away from home during the week (average 2-3 nights) for which hotel accommodation will be provided.
